SwiftScapes Co operates as a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent third-party contractors ("Partners") who provide hardscaping and landscaping services. We do not perform the work ourselves, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by these Partners.
3. No Professional Relationship
Your use of this website and submission of information does not create a professional relationship between you and SwiftScapes Co. Any agreement for work to be performed is strictly between you and the third-party contractor.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SwiftScapes Co be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of this service or persons you meet through this service.
